TPMG Physical Therapy - Newport News is a thriving, outpatient orthopedic practice which has been serving the Newport News area for over 15 years. We are seeking a dedicated licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with a diverse patient population to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions, including conservative and post-surgical management. Our team values collaboration, innovation, excellent customer service, and high-quality patient-centered care. One on one care with 45-minute evaluation and treatment appointments. No double bookings. Average daily workload of 11-12 patients Strong team environment with Physical Therapist and PTA teams Excellent work life balance with flexible schedule Monday through Friday. No weekends Increased vacation time (after 5, 10, 15-year increments)- starting at 3 weeks of vacation and one week of sick leave. Six paid federal holidays and one floating holiday 401k with profit share Salary ranges from $72,000 to $95,000 depending on years of experience and education requirements. Quarterly productivity bonuses Paid APTA membership Physical Therapist license reimbursement Company paid short term disability Health, Dental and Vision Insurance with HSA and FSA options. Medbridge subscription plus $1500 continuing education funds each contract year.
