Job Description

Quick Look $80,000 to $115,000 base salary plus a quarterly productivity bonus opportunity. Pinnacle pays 90 percent of each eligible employee's health insurance premium. 208 hours of total paid time annually, equal to 26 days at eight hours each, including vacation or personal time, sick time, eight holidays, and 24 CE hours; up to 264 hours may carry over. Full time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends and flexible weekday scheduling. Locally owned and led by therapists, with clinical, supervisory, and leadership growth opportunities. About Us Want to do great clinical work with people who genuinely care about one another? You may feel right at home at Pinnacle. We're a locally owned practice led by therapists and rooted in Orange.
Our goal is simple:
strive to do the right thing, make life easier for the people around us, and create a place where clinicians can care for patients and enjoy coming to work. Work is a major part of life. We believe it should be the best experience we can make it: meaningful work, excellent patient care, and a supportive team that genuinely looks out for one another. If you share our values of generosity, integrity, excellence, and clear communication, we'd like to meet you. Position Overview We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team full time. You'll manage a varied outpatient caseload that may include orthopedic and sports injuries, rehabilitation following surgery, spine conditions, neurologic and geriatric care, balance or dizziness concerns, and other mobility needs. You'll have clinical autonomy and a team that has your back. Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive examinations and establish diagnoses, prognoses, measurable goals, and individualized plans of care consistent with professional standards. Deliver skilled interventions guided by evidence, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and modalities when appropriate. Recognize red flags and refer as needed. Track progress, adjust care, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with physicians and referral sources, and guide safe discharge. Complete timely documentation that meets legal, payer, privacy, and clinic standards while building trusting relationships with patients and their families. Qualifications Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), or education and credentialing that satisfy Virginia licensure requirements. Authorization to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia is required by the start date. New graduates awaiting the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), examination results, or completion of the Virginia licensure process are encouraged to apply. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification is required before independent patient care begins. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, teamwork, organization, and timely electronic documentation, with the ability to evaluate complex needs, adjust care, and work with a wide range of patients. Outpatient, direct access, or supervision experience is helpful but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply. Why Join Us?
