Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for both adult and pediatric patients, identifying their specific needs and establishing baseline measurements for tracking progress. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that address the unique conditions and goals of each patient, ensuring that they receive the most effective interventions. Regularly assess clinical signs, symptoms, and patient progress, utilizing data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes. Document all patient interactions comprehensively using our electronic health record system, completing SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans in a timely manner. Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and potential challenges, ensuring they feel informed and empowered at each step of the recovery process. Meet established utilization goals and contribute positively toward achieving the organization's performance objectives. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues across various services to enhance the effectiveness of comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple therapies. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse patient population ranges from children to older adults, presenting various orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation needs. The role requires sensitivity to different needs based on age, race, and clinical history, ensuring an inclusive and supportive therapy environment. Qualifications Possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Hold a current and unrestricted license from the Board of Physical Therapy for the state of Virginia. Be willing to perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions in both face-to-face and telehealth settings, depending on clinical appropriateness. Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with a diverse range of patients, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in various treatment scenarios. Exhibit strong collaborative skills, working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care. Preferred Experience Experience in pediatric or geriatric physical therapy, with familiarity in developing inclusive treatment protocols for various demographics. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range ofUSD 90,000
