Build a Clinic. Build a Team. Change Lives. Are you an experienced Physical Therapist who loves patient care and is ready to step into clinical leadership — without giving up what you love most about being a clinician? FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Stephens City is opening a brand-new outpatient clinic, and we're looking for a Physical Therapist who is excited to help build a practice rooted in exceptional care, strong relationships, and a positive team culture. We're an innovative company committed to your growth and success. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a clinic from day one — treating patients, mentoring future clinicians, and creating an environment where both patients and therapists thrive. What We Offer
- Highly competitive salary / sign-on bonus
- Monday-Friday schedule promoting work-life balance
- Low-volume, high-quality care model — time to truly treat your patients
- Access to in-house continuing education classes and specialty training through our Fyzical College (including balance & vestibular)
- Flexible scheduling
- Direct partnership with ownership in building a supportive clinic culture
- Medical and Dental benefits, Student Loan Assistance, GNC Membership
- Clear growth path for long-term leadership development Position Overview This role blends hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership.
You'll help launch the clinic, establish best practices, and support a collaborative, patient-first environment as the practice grows. You'll continue doing what you do best — treating patients — while also having a voice in how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops. You won't be doing this alone — as a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you'll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success. What You'll Do Clinical Care
