Position Overview Reliant Rehab Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Centreville, Virginia. Work Environment This role is based onsite at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Center in Centreville, Virginia. Here, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive, healing environment for our patients. The center is designed to enhance patient experiences and outcomes with state-of-the-art equipment and therapy areas dedicated to various specialties. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, with a total of 40 hours each week, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans that align with medical advice. Implementing therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, exercise programming, and functional training tailored to each patient's needs. Demonstrating exceptional customer service while facilitating positive patient experiences and outcomes. Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to drive patient progress and ensure coordinated care. Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers about treatment techniques and home exercise programs. Meeting or exceeding departmental utilization goals, contributing to the greater success of our rehabilitation outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on a broad range of patient populations, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. You will have the unique opportunity to treat patients at various stages of their rehabilitation journey, making a meaningful impact on their recovery process. Building trusted relationships with patients will be crucial to understanding their goals and enhancing their functional capabilities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). A current state license to practice physical therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in computer systems and word processing, enabling effective documentation and record keeping. A commitment to establishing meaningful connections with patients, fostering their trust and engagement in the rehabilitation process. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, prior experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting and familiarity with evidence-based physical therapy practices will be highly valued. Compensation and Benefits Reliant Rehab Services LLC offers a competitive salary range ofUSD 100,000 - 120,000
