Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program . Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice. Ability to conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential. Proficiency in EMR documentation . We use PCC , but prior experience with this system is not required . Current CPR certification . Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
