Job Description

Job Summary:
Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Per Diem to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient, with a focus on achieving optimal functional mobility and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication. Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and treatment sessions for patients with various diagnoses and conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular impairments. Provide Per Diem coverage for our rehabilitation department, ensuring seamless continuity of care and flexibility to accommodate changing patient needs. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. About the

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT) Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills
Pay:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
