Physical Therapist - Home Health Puget Sound Home Health | South King County, WA Full-Time | $104,000-$145,000/year + Incentive Opportunities Want more flexibility, one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients? Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our South King County team. What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Help patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team Educate and support patients and their families throughout the plan of care Why Home Health?
