About On Point Physical Therapy OnPoint Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-led, community-focused practice in Kent, WA, founded by Chris Shannon, PT, DPT, on the belief that great patient care and a supportive team culture go hand in hand. The team blends manual therapy with therapeutic exercise across a wide range of specialties, from sports and orthopedic rehab to pelvic floor and injured worker rehabilitation, with values built around teamwork, results, and genuinely enjoying work. Recognized as a Three Best Winner in Kent, OnPoint offers therapists a private-practice environment backed by Health & Rehab Solutions, giving clinicians the clinical autonomy of independent ownership with the business support to help them thrive. Compensation Package This role pays $85,000-$90,000 annually .

What You'll Be Doing Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right.
That includes:
Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it Who We're Looking For We're looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves.
Ideal candidates have:
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program A Washington Physical Therapy license, or eligibility for one New grads welcome. Experience helps, but it's not required Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line Current CPR certification Physical Requirements You'll need to: Lift up to 50 pounds Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises Equal Opportunity Employer On Point Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
