Job Description

Physical TherapistPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical limitations, injuries, and mobility challenges. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.

Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions. Assist patients with mobility, balance, gait, and functional activities. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention. Recommend appropriate assistive devices and mobility techniques when needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional practice standards. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
