PHYSIO PERFORMANCE IS HIRING
45-minute 1:1 appointments. No double-booking. A fully equipped strength & performance facility. Mentorship. Autonomy. A team that actually cares about getting better. WHY PHYSIO PERFORMANCE?
You won't be seeing patients every 15 minutes or handing out the same exercise sheet to everyone. You'll have 45-minute, one-on-one appointments where you can actually evaluate, treat, educate, and coach.
Our approach combines:
Manual therapy Movement analysis Strength & Progressive loading Return-to-sport programming Patient education Whole-body movement assessment And you'll have access to a fully equipped performance space with barbells, kettlebells, squat racks, Pilates Reformers, and more. We believe strength belongs in physical therapy .
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We treat a mix of active adults, athletes, and youth throughout Tacoma and the South Sound. You'll work with patients who want to get back to running, lifting, competing, playing, and living without limitations. No cookie-cutter care. No rushing through a patient just to get to the next one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions Develop individualized plans of care Use manual therapy and exercise to drive meaningful outcomes Coach strength and movement during PT sessions Possibility to coach 2-3 small-group strength classes per week Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continuing education Continue developing your clinical reasoning and expertise

Total Compensation Package:
$102,000
  • 132,000~ Performance-based bonus structure (full-time employees) Simple/Roth IRA with matching contributions
  • immediate access upon $2,000 annual continuing education reimbursement 50% of APTA dues Health, Wellness, PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision currently through Regence BCBS
  • 5 plans including Gold & Silver Levels and up to $250 contribution from Physio Performance to off-set premium PTO program that scales with tenure Minimum 80 hours to start Flexible scheduling allowed for all Clinicians Paid Holidays 2+ Yearly Team Building Events
