Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize mobility, function, and independence. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safety, and home exercise programs. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate.
