What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments. Develop individualized plans of care focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start date. 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience. Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Previous leadership, management, or Clinic Director experience.
