Outpatient rehab is located 1.5 miles away from the Aurora Bay Area Hospital (55 Bed Community Hospital, 1 hour north of Green Bay)

Adolescents (approx. 5% of cases and experience not needed) to Geriatrics - general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical, falls, work-based injuries, general neuro

Daily Case Load:

About 10 patients per 8h

Days Required Certifications:

BLS, WI state license Bachelor s degree or above Skills required Manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait, education, PNS (pain neuroscience),

Preferred:

vestibular trained, dry needling, blood flow restrictions Support on the

Other PTs 2-3 PTA Manager/Supervisor, onsite and via phone Schedulers to schedule visits; Multidiscipline team with

OT and SLP Charting System:

EPIC - preferred

Equipment:

hand weights, TheraBand, resistance machines, aerobic equipment, bikes, new steps, treadmills,
