Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Full-Time Opportunity Hospital Outpatient Setting Door County Medical Center 2345 Canterbury Ln, Sister Bay, WI 54234 Relocation Bonus Available Eligible Employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Position Overview Door County Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing rehabilitation team in Sister Bay, WI. This full-time outpatient position offers 40 hours per week, with consideration given to candidates available a minimum of 32 hours across four weekdays. Physical Therapists of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including new graduates. Our team provides mentorship, support, and a structured ramp-up period to help clinicians build confidence and succeed. Role Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will work in a hospital outpatient setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload. This position offers the opportunity to: Provide one-on-one, patient-centered care Treat a diverse range of orthopedic conditions Develop specialty skills and pursue certifications Collaborate with an experienced healthcare team Full-time PTs can expect to see approximately 4-7 patients per day, with a gradual increase in caseload as comfort and experience grow. Dedicated documentation time is provided, and there are no double bookings. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated compensation range is $40-$64 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

No major holidays. After the first year of employment, clinicians may participate in an inpatient rotation requiring approximately 2-3 Saturdays per year.
