This hands-on nursing role combines direct resident care with clinical leadership. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents' conditions, and help guide the day-to-day work of LPNs and CNAs. Orientation is provided during your first shifts to help you become familiar with the facility and transition confidently into your assignment. Assignment Highlights Friday and weekend double shifts: 2:00 PM-6:00 AM. Flexible start dates to accommodate your availability. Weekly pay , with travel pay offered. On-site orientation during your first shifts. A well-managed care environment with approachable leadership and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Provide resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, and facility policies. Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately, monitoring effectiveness and reporting concerns promptly. Assess and monitor residents' conditions , identify changes in health status, and coordinate appropriate follow-up with providers and the care team. Guide and support LPNs and CNAs , helping prioritize daily care needs and promote effective teamwork throughout the shift. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, medications, treatments, and changes in resident condition. Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care while maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and respect. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Wisconsin . Current BLS/CPR certification .
