What You'll Do ✔ Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across a diverse orthopedic caseload. ✔ Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence. ✔ Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care. ✔ Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention. ✔ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. ✔ Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal functional outcomes. ✔ Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple age groups. ✔ Support a safe clinical environment while maintaining quality standards and best practices. ✔ Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities. ✔ Build lasting relationships with patients and become an active member of the community you serve. Required ✔ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. ✔ Current Wyoming Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Passion for providing exceptional patient-centered rehabilitation services. ✔ Willingness to reside within the community served. Preferred Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Interest in treating a broad range of patient populations. Previous experience in rural healthcare settings.
