We are currently looking for physical therapy aides for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Danville 2-3 days a week with opportunity for more shifts, starting in the next 2-3 weeks. These positions are meant for students interested in attending physical therapy school and/or other graduate programs in the medicine field (MD, DO, PA, OT, RN, etc.).

Applicants:

1) Must be responsible and have strong multi-tasking and time management skills. 2) Must be flexible and a team player. 3) Must be friendly, outgoing, personable, and able to make patients feel comfortable. 4) Must be eager to learn, quick learner and able to "think on your feet" Duties include but are not limited: Assisting the physical therapist with set up and break-down of modalities, ultrasound and assisting with therapeutic exercises under the direction of our licensed PT staff. Greeting and rooming patients. Front desk duties, such as filing, answering phones and scheduling. Assisting with light housekeeping component in terms of restocking table linens, sanitizing treatment spaces and processing laundry.
