This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our clinic's fast-paced outpatient setting, contributing to impactful rehabilitation care. The ideal candidate for this position has past experience in a medical, chiropractic or therapy office; is reliable, dependable, is prompt, is a team player, with excellent communication skills, bilingual a preferred but not required, both on the phone and in person, has the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment, and is polite, professional, patient and compassionate working with patients. Duties Assist physical therapists with patient intake, setup, and post-treatment procedures to ensure efficient therapy sessions Support patient transfer methods using proper manual handling techniques to promote safety and comfort Prepare treatment areas with necessary equipment and supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times Monitor patients during therapy sessions, providing encouragement and ensuring adherence to prescribed exercises Join us in making a meaningful difference by supporting patients through their recovery process!
