About US We are a fast-paced, patient-centered sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic that combines physical therapy and chiropractic care to help patients recover, perform, and live pain-free. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing Physical Therapy Aide who is passionate about sports therapy and enjoys making a positive impact on patients every day. Position Summary As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play an essential role in providing an exceptional patient experience while supporting our Physical Therapist and Chiropractor throughout the day. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Welcome and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner. Prepare patients for treatment and assist with therapy sessions. Set patients up on a variety of therapeutic modalities and monitor their comfort during treatment. Work closely with the Physical Therapist and Chiropractor to ensure smooth patient flow. Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment. Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and therapy areas between patients. Assist with daily clinic operations and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing personality with exceptional bedside manner. High-energy, motivated, and dependable. Passion for health, fitness, sports medicine, and helping others recover from injury. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Team-oriented with a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a physical therapy, chiropractic, athletic training, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
