Role:

Hands Plus Physical Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated PT/OT Aide to join our busy Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic in Santa Clarita, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where your contributions truly make a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists in delivering patient care and treatment programs Prepare and set up treatment areas, equipment, and modalities prior to patient sessions Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities under direct therapist supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, treatment rooms, and therapy equipment Support front office and administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and patient check-in as needed Monitor and communicate patient responses and progress to supervising therapists Assist with inventory management and restocking of clinical supplies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in kinesiology, health sciences, or related field preferred Previous experience in a PT, OT, or medical clinic setting is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude Ability to stand, move, and assist patients physically throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a high-volume clinical environment Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn EMR/scheduling software CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
