Position Summary The Physical Therapy Aide supports the clinical team by assisting therapists in providing safe, effective, and efficient care to patients. This role ensures treatment areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked while making sure patients receive the highest level of service and attention during their visit. We're looking for someone with integrity, reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic who takes ownership of their role and contributes to our positive, collaborative clinic culture . Team Collaboration Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare preferred (not required). Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to follow instructions and work safely with specialized equipment. Physical ability to assist patients, move equipment, lift equipment independently up to 50 pounds, and be on feet for extended periods. High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$17

• 19 DOE Paid training and mentorship from experienced PTs PTO and paid holidays (for qualifying positions) Opportunities for advancement in the physical therapy field
