We are currently looking for a highly motivated, compassionate individual interested in becoming a physical therapy aide/front desk receptionist. The position will entail of both front office and aide duties, including these key responsibilities: Great patient communication and professional etiquette Be a team player Supervision of exercises with patients directed by a licensed physical therapist Appointment scheduling Patient check-in/check-out Answering phone calls and taking messages May assist with insurance benefits and eligibility Payment collections Printing, faxing, and scanning documents Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of treatment rooms, gym Job qualifications: Phenomenal customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred Self-motivated and possessing strong work ethic Proficient with computer skills Ability to multi-task Prior physical therapy aide experience a plus, but not mandatory Please send your resume and cover letter in response to this posting.
