We are currently seeking to fill openings for our Physical Therapy Aide position. Availability on Monday and/or Friday afternoon/evening preferred but not required. The physical therapy aide assists the clinical staff in any way needed in order to enhance the patient experience and allow for treatment to occur in an efficient manner. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients Preparing modality treatments (hot packs/cold packs, etc) Cleaning and sanitizing all points of contact in the treatment areas General organization of the treatment areas Laundering of linens Organization of charting Other patient interactions under direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist, such as assisting with exercise programs. Experience is not required as extensive mentoring and training will be provided, but a genuine interest in the medical field is ideal. The ideal candidate will be motivated, friendly, compassionate and reliable.
