Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide / Tech to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work closely alongside our licensed physical therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our patients. This position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare, physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training or sports medicine.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care Support:

Assist physical therapists with non-clinical setup, guiding patients through warmth-up/cool-down protocols, and maintaining patient comfort.

Clinic Operations:

Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and modalities between patient visits following HIPAA and infection-control guidelines.

Exercise Supervision:

Keep patient flow moving efficiently while ensuring patients complete prescribed exercises under direct clinician supervision.

Administrative & Front Desk:

Greet incoming patients, answer phone inquiries, manage appointment scheduling, and assist with intake forms as needed.

Inventory Management:

Monitor clinic supplies, restock treatment bays, and ensure all therapy tools are prepped for daily appointments. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (pursuing or holding a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Pre-PT, or related field preferred). High empathy, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
