Job Description

Physical Therapy Technician Ace Physical Therapy Services, mission is to provide the latest techniques and interdisciplinary approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of impairments, limitations, and disabilities as related to disease, disorders, and conditions in an effort to enhance and maximize the mobility and functionality of people of all ages throughout its community and beyond. Responsibilities Greet and Sign in/out the patient Schedule Patients Answer Phone Calls Assist the therapists with clinical and non-clinical tasks to accommodate and support the patient's success in therapy Assist patient with exercises Ensure 360 communication with patients, physicians, other staff members and anyone else involved in the patient's care - including any necessary follow-ups Prepare and keep treatment areas clean and organized Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations Verify patient insurance coverage, deductibles, and track prior authorizations. Track visit attendance, process superbills, and update electronic medical records (EMR) to facilitate seamless insurance reimbursement Qualifications High School Diploma Experience preferred Excellent listening and verbal communication skills required Ideal candidate will be pursuing physical therapist or other health care degree
