We are looking for someone who loves to work with people and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is very organized, takes initiative, has an outgoing positive personality and a willingness to jump in and solve problems.
The responsibilities include:
Management of incoming phone calls Greeting/scheduling patients/clients Completing intake/registration/processing of patients/clients Educating/Communicating with patients about insurance benefits Collecting patient/customer payments Assisting the office manager with administrative duties This is a part-time position that has the potential to evolve into more hours and responsibilities. You will learn the ins/outs of a physical therapy clinic and be part of our rapidly growing team. It comes with a lot of training and education in the Physical Therapy/Healthcare industry. Some experience in a physical therapy, health care office or customer service is a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must be available to work evening hours 2-3 nights per week and some Saturday mornings. This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent college graduate looking to enter the health related fields.
