Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and session details while respecting patient confidentiality. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including heavy lifting techniques and infection control standards. Communicate effectively with patients to provide encouragement, answer basic questions, and promote a positive therapeutic environment. Requirements Prior experience in patient service or practicing in a physical therapy role is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with patient transfers using proper methods. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required or obtainable upon hire.
