You will help supervise prescribed exercises, observe how patients progress through rehabilitation, communicate with the clinical team, and learn how an established outpatient orthopedic clinic operates. Help Patients Exercise Safely and Successfully A major part of this position is quality exercise supervision . Under the direction of our licensed clinical team, you will help patients complete their prescribed exercise programs correctly and safely.

You will:

Guide patients through assigned therapeutic exercises Observe exercise technique and patient response Reinforce instructions provided by the Physical Therapist Help patients stay engaged and motivated during their visits Communicate concerns or changes to the treating clinician Assist with appropriate exercise setup and equipment Help maintain an efficient flow throughout the clinic You should enjoy interacting with people and be comfortable giving clear directions in a friendly and professional way.
