Short Description Greets visitors and assists them during check-in, intake and check-out Provides outstanding customer service Keeps Therapists on track and assists with exercise/therapy practices Schedules appointments and records information in Practice Management System ( Electronic Scheduling System) Answers telephone calls and routes appropriately Verifies insurance eligibility, ensures requirements are met and explains to patients as needed Collects co-pays Performs other duties as assigned Education Requirements High School graduate or equivalent Special Requirements One year of experience in customer service or reception, health care environment preferred Prior Exercise therapy experience or training/certification Computer experience preferred, Interpersonal skills must be well-developed Salary Min ($) USD $16.75 Salary Max ($) USD $23.19
