Physical Therapy Aide Justin Prospect West Orange, NJ Job Details Part-time | Per diem $16 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Outpatient experience Front desk Rehabilitation care assistance Patient interaction Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. Duties will include setting up exercise equipment for patients, light cleaning and light desk work. This is a small practice with a good employment history. Hours needed are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to around 6:15 pm. More hours are possible in the future. Duties Assist physical therapists with patient setup. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. Support patients during therapy exercises by providing encouragement. Light desk work when needed. Skills Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse client populations including geriatrics and orthopedics. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality diligently while managing sensitive information. Must be outgoing. Fluent in Spanish is a plus but is not a requirement.
