Schedule This position will primarily include early morning shifts , with additional morning and afternoon hours available based on clinic needs and candidate availability. The position will require working at both our Hillsboro and Banks locations , so candidates must be comfortable traveling between the two clinics as needed. Candidates who are able to consistently work early mornings and provide flexibility between both locations will be given preference. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at our Hillsboro and Banks locations. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time hours for the right candidate. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play an important role in supporting both our clinical and administrative teams while helping create an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting patients through individualized exercise programs under the direct supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Supporting treatment sessions by assisting with modalities and treatment-related tasks, such as ice or heat application, as permitted by state law. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment through housekeeping duties, including: Laundry Sanitizing treatment tables and equipment Dusting and general clinic upkeep Assisting with front office responsibilities, including: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Collecting co-pays and deductibles Filing and faxing documents Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and team members. Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Supporting special projects and other duties as assigned to help advance our mission and core values.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable transportation and ability to work at both the Hillsboro and Banks locations Ability to consistently work early morning shifts

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or working toward a degree in Exercise Science, Human Physiology, Biology, or a related field Previous experience in a physical therapy clinic, medical office, or healthcare setting Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Current CPR certification Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Why Join Impact Physical Therapy?
