Physical Therapist Aide Job Description The PT Aide will report to the Physical Therapists and Clinical Director. They ensure the daily operations of the clinic run smoothly by assisting the Therapists and patients. This role requires the individual to communicate effectively, multi-task efficiently, and work in a professional manner. Job Duties Ensure equipment and tables are cleaned Responsible for completing laundry Assist the front office with scheduling patients and taking co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance Assist therapists in administering timely treatments Assist the therapists by leading the patients with exercises and stretches, as needed Willing to assist the PT Tech and Operations Director if needed Qualifications High School degree (required) Pre-Physical Therapy, Med, PA (preferred) Team Player Receptive to feedback Willing to learn and grow Dependable Job Type Part-time Hourly | Non-exempt Core Values Passionate about successful recovery, dedicated to quality, always learning, united family, bring hope, be the hands and feet of Jesus, empower others, goal-oriented, make a difference in the community, and contagious joy
