We're seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and support our clinics in both Layton and Ogden. About the Role As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play a key role in helping our clinic run smoothly while supporting our therapists and providing a great experience for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals pursuing careers in physical therapy, athletic training, nursing, or other healthcare fields. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient flow and clinic operations Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment Guide patients through prescribed exercises (under therapist direction) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Perform laundry, stocking, and general clinic upkeep Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a busy environment Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation (preferred but not required) Ability to travel between Layton and Ogden locations What We Offer Hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting Mentorship from licensed physical therapists Opportunity for growth within the clinic If you're reliable, eager to learn, and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
