Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in providing patient care, applying heat/ice packs, e-stim, ultrasound Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions Escort patients to and from therapy sessions Help patients on and off equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized therapy area Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families

Qualifications:

Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent situations Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times Must maintain confidentiality and strictly adhere to HIPAA policies Strong patient service skills Ability to provide basic patient care Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High school diploma or GED Ability to obtain certification and perform CPR
