Details Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Fairbanks, AK Day shift, 8-hour shifts 26-week contract Uses InSync for documentation and charting Requirements Current Alaska PTA license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full Alaska state licensure during the assignment SSN required for consideration 1 professional reference required for consideration Additional Information Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before returning as a traveler
