Job Description
Our office is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Chiropractic Assistant that is fluent in speaking both Spanish and English to work at the front desk assisting the Office Manager. Main job would be to work the front desk to answer phones, take payments, schedule patients, looking up insurance benefits, talking to attorneys etc. while also occasionally help in the back office assisting the doctor in the care and treatment of patients when needed. Applicant should have superior skills in customer relations, be attentive, upbeat, and punctual. Good communication skills with staff and patients, great phone etiquette, and exceptional multi-tasking ability is a must. You must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST . Please do not apply if you cannot speak Spanish.
