Pro Vita Physical Therapy is Growing! Do you long to provide one-on-one individualized patient care? You will find a family-oriented team with patient centric focus at Pro Vita. We welcome new graduates and provide in-house mentorships. Our smaller patient load allows for better work-life balance, higher clinician satisfaction, and low turnover. We are currently looking for a compassionate and professional Physical Therapist Assistant who is committed to restoring each patient's function to maximum physical and social independence. Responsibilities
- Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to the patients' specific needs according to PT POC
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care with proven interventions
- Motivate and inspire patients during treatment to help them function optimally
- Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate with other health professionals Skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients and clinicians
- Strong attention to detail

- Compassion Requirements
- Associate degree in physical therapy assistant with valid PTA license
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
