We are looking for a skilled Deli Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.

Overall Responsibility:

Demonstrate your ability to be a team player Demonstrate understanding of safety and health procedures. In depth knowledge of our menu, products, and contents. Working knowledge of Cenergy Oil and Gas, LLC employee policy and operation manuals.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Inspect food preparation and service to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. Season and cook food according to recipes Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Preparing ingredients for cooking Keep sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check quality of ingredients Maintain all levels of safety required by Servsafe and Heath Department Make sure all daily checklists are complete Any other Tasks assigned by management.
