You are responsible for:
Ensuring patients feel welcomed, cared for, and guided through their visit Supporting doctors by collecting accurate patient information Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment Helping patients understand the benefits of chiropractic care and services This is not a passive role—you are an active part of the patient experience and clinic performance. Core Responsibilities Patient Experience & Interaction Greet every patient with energy, professionalism, and a welcoming presence Provide superior customer service at all times Escort patients to exam and therapy areas efficiently Engage with patients and communicate the benefits of chiropractic care and services (once trained) Help create a positive, high-energy environment in the office Clinical Support Take and record basic diagnostic information: Blood pressure Temperature Height and weight Prepare patients for examination and treatment Support doctors with routine clinical tasks Flow & Operations Control patient flow and assist in keeping the office running on time Monitor the waiting area and attend to patient needs Distribute educational materials as directed by the chiropractor Maintain accurate and organized patient records Cleanliness & Organization Keep all areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day Perform continuous spot cleaning during operating hours Complete thorough end-of-day cleaning responsibilities Maintain a consistently tidy and professional workspace Compliance Follow all office systems and training protocols Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality Performance Expectations (KPIs) This role is performance-driven. 8:30 AM- 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM
- 6:00
PM Friday:
8:30 AM- 1:00
PM Rotating Saturdays:
