Job Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients Conduct patient evaluations, tests, and assessments to determine patient needs Implement and administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to safety and infection control standards

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field Minimum zero (0) years of experience in the field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Alabama Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
