Work-Life Balance:

Monday through Friday schedule with early finish on Fridays. No evenings. No weekends. Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapist in executing individualized care plans for patients of varying ages - mostly geriatric. Implement physical therapy treatments such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate with out audiology team when appropriate to provide comprehensive care for patients with dizziness and balance disorders. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) management systems, ensuring compliance with medical documentation and clinical assessment standards. Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to explain procedures, provide education on care plans, and foster a supportive environment. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, and medical terminology essential for effective treatment implementation. Proficiency in therapy equipment operation relevant to physical therapy interventions. Experience with outpatient clinics and vestibular therapy is highly valued but not required. Skilled in clinical assessment documentation and maintaining high standards for medical documentation accuracy. Excellent communication skills paired with compassionate client communication to build trust and motivate patients. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems for efficient documentation workflows. Interest in learning or expanding vestibular rehabilitation skills is a plus.
