Located just outside Bakersfield in Arvin, CA, our facility provides high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. About the
Role:
As a PTA, you will work hands-on with patients to implement physical therapy plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists. You'll play a key role in helping patients recover from illness, surgery, or injury, promoting mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure coordinated care Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active California PTA license CPR certification required Experience in SNF or rehabilitation setting preferred
