YOU MUST POSSESS A CA PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT LICENSE OR IN THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING ONE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION.
We are hiring FT, PT, and PRN, Physical Therapist Assistants to support our In-House program Whether you're interested in flexibility or a long-term commitment, we got you covered Expect the following conditions when you join a dynamic in-house program Very reasonable and achievable productivity standard Flexible work hours during the week and weekend Privately owned SNF Optima/NetHealth software Very easy-going Administrators, DON and staff Energetic rehab teams with positive attitudes Well equipped therapy gyms Mentorship for new grads Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical regulations. Ensure a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff by adhering to health and safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices A devout love for working with geriatric and post-acute populations Physical Therapist Assistant License (PTA)
Required Pay:
$43.00 - $48.00 per hour
