You will receive: Mentorship to further develop as a clinician Tuition reimbursement Continuing education reimbursement Health benefits and 401K Duties:
- Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with DPTs and PT Aides to coordinate patient care
- Treat 1-2 patients per hour
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with orthopedic patients is preferred.
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognized PTA program from an accredited college
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and empathize with patients and colleagues
- Initiative to grow and develop clinical skills in order to provide high quality care.
