Job Description
Position immediately available! We are looking for self-starter, energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic team player wanted for busy multi-doctor, multi-discipline chiropractic office in Culver City. We are a walk-in clinic and treat out-of-pocket patients, victims of auto accident injuries, workers compensation and provide DOT exams. We pride ourselves on quality chiropractic and acupuncture patient care. We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant to join our team. This position is for three days a week (Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays) and must be willing to work until 7 or 8 pm. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred but not required. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collaborating with Doctors to create a pleasant, wellness-focused environment
- Outgoing personality/Greeting patients with a smile/ assisting them with paperwork.
- Setting up patients in the room.
- Knowledge of use with the ultrasound machine.
- Setting up patients on the electrical stimulation machine.
- Able to assist/help patients in the rehab facility with activities.
- Collecting payment and providing receipts
- Answering phone calls/answering questions.
- Exemplify excellent customer service and have empathy for others.
- Ensuring that the office is tidy and clean (including treatment rooms, restroom, and front desk)
- We are a busy clinic - candidate must work well under pressure! Problem solving skills are a must

Experience:
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Current pre-med, medical, kinesiology, physical therapy, chiropractic or science degree student
