In this position, you will collaborate closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans that enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness. Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Conduct therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and functional mobility. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively during therapy sessions, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Monitor patient progress closely, documenting responses and adjusting interventions under supervision. Provide specialized care for populations such as geriatrics, orthopedics, and those requiring post-acute or sub-acute care. Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Skills Practicing in a physical therapy role with hands-on experience in outpatient or clinic settings. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessment and intervention. Proficiency in operating medical equipment used in physical therapy treatments. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients on their treatment plans.
