Job description This role is primarily at the front desk. •This role is

FULL TIME

.•The hours are Monday through Thursday 2:30-7:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am-1:30pm, and Friday 6:30am-1pm.•You will be the primary point of contact for anyone contacting the office via phone or email. You will be organizing files, accepting payments, and interacting with patients daily. Paid training is provided. Responsibilities Interact with patients Accept payments Schedule patients Answer phone calls Restock materials Monitor and alert re: stock of materials Light cleaning Lifting and carrying - no more than 25 pounds solo Organizing files Following up with patients and leads Financial conversations with patients Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills Deep understanding of timeliness and teamwork Spanish required Receptionist background required CNA/Spouse or significant other of a chiropractic/medical student/Medical receptionist

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
