We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about pelvic health—or genuinely interested in developing their skills in this specialty—and wants to become a meaningful part of our team as Koah Health continues to grow. Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required. About Koah Health Koah Health is a PT-owned outpatient physical therapy and wellness practice in Huntington Beach with a growing pelvic health program. Our approach to pelvic health is individualized and whole-body focused. Treatment may incorporate pelvic floor rehabilitation, hands-on manual therapy, breathing and pressure management, core and hip strengthening, neuromuscular re-education, movement retraining, and progressive return to activity. Our practice also treats a diverse orthopedic caseload, providing opportunities for clinicians who are interested in maintaining or expanding their orthopedic skills. We intentionally maintain a small, team-oriented environment where clinicians work closely with highly trained rehabilitation aides to provide high-quality care while maintaining the accessibility of an insurance-based practice. Opportunity to develop or expand your skills in pelvic health physical therapy Pelvic health mentorship and training available Maximum of 2 patients per hour Strong emphasis on manual therapy and active rehabilitation Highly trained rehabilitation aides who work closely with our clinicians Small, supportive, collaborative team Mentorship and professional development opportunities Opportunity to treat orthopedic patients if interested Opportunity to grow with an expanding PT-owned practice What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Treat pelvic health patients within the established plan of care Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, mobility work, strengthening, functional training, and patient education Progress individualized treatment programs based on patient presentation and response to care Help patients progress toward improved function, strength, confidence, and return to meaningful activities Collaborate closely with PTs and rehabilitation aides throughout the patient's plan of care Complete documentation efficiently using Jane App Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Who We're Looking For Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license Strong interest in pelvic health physical therapy Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required Enjoys hands-on manual therapy combined with active, movement-based rehabilitation Warm, confident communicator who connects well with patients Comfortable working with patients with sensitive and sometimes complex conditions Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a small clinical team Curious, motivated, and interested in continued clinical growth Schedule & Compensation Full-time or part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability and clinic needs
Pay:
$35-$42/hour, depending on experience Full-time positions include additional benefits such as paid time off (PTO), health benefits, and professional development support. Specific benefits and eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
