Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans and delivering rehabilitation therapies. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintain equipment and assist in ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
